1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Brindleford Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16871436). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide domain registration, domain transfer, web hosting, and related services. All domain registrations are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant registry (e.g. Nominet for .uk domains, ICANN for gTLDs).

1. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your contact details up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

1. Payment and Billing

All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Our VAT registration number is GB507891369. Payment is due upon invoice. Services may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid beyond the due date. Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once processed with the registry.

1. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to availability and the policies of the relevant registry. We act as an intermediary between you and the domain registry. You are the registrant and are responsible for ensuring your use of the domain complies with applicable laws and registry policies.

1. Acceptable Use

You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware or spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, or in any way that disrupts our services or other customers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of this policy.

1. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.

1. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

1. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding fees. Domain names may be released or deleted in accordance with registry policies if not transferred or renewed.

1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
